Vintage Fenton Cranberry Red Hobnail Swung Fingered Bud Vase.  Smaller in size only measuring 8", the base is clear, and the hobnail pattern is just above it.  There is a clear area that accents the piece that shown in the one of the photos. More noticeable from the inside than the outside.  Beautiful vase that is unique.
