Excellent condition, tested and plays perfectly! The sleeve has a very light crease on the back near the top right corner (see photos) otherwise it's in near perfect condition. The vinyl is in NM condition, no scratches or scuffs. This item will ship in a plastic protective sleeve inside of cardboard record mailer with bubble wrap and additional cardboard protection.
