- This is an early American pressed glass small pitcher c1880-1900.
- Same pitcher is found on the EAPG pattern index listed under 'hobnail' but marked 'unidentified'.
- May be Doyle & Co.
- It is unusual because the hobnail patter extends to the base of the pitcher.
- The clear glass has developed a light purple tint.
- It is 5" tall x 2.5" diameter x 3.5" to handle.
- It is tall and slim, does not look like a classic creamer in a tea service sense, but is likely a milk / cream pitcher. Perhaps for berry service.
- Weight is 1 lb.
- Very good condition, no defects.
