First I want to say this is something I have limited knowledge of. It was an estate sale find and I am offering it as is. I will be happy to try and answer questions. The unit measures about 10 3/4" long not including the 13" handle. It seem to work as the pin goes back and forth as I work the handle. 

Terms: Normal time to ship is two days after payment is received. There is also a handling charge included in the shipping cost. This covers miscellaneous costs incurred in the shipment of the item. You will already see this cost in the shipping charge at the top of this page. We do not warrant vintage or used electrical items.
