The first one is a long straw mark on the top of the head, second is a small oblong straw mark just above the eye, while some might think that one is a chip, it is not. A straw mark is common in hand made glass, it happens two ways 1. is the glass folds over on itself as it is dropped into the mould and is pushed to the outside edge by the glass blower. 2. is the same, but it is only a little air bubble and makes what looks like a small indent in the outside edge.
