Here is a great find!!

Entitled “an emblem of Wales”

Published October 7, 1799 by P Stampa, leather Lane London

Looks like the original frame. The glass is cracked & taped and there is some damp marks . It is colored it to pick a patriotic woman sitting with a small child (maybe a cherub or putti) holding a flag with a crown on it. The woman is holding a crown. There is a goat next to her. Hills in the background.
