Please read before making a purchase. Completing a purchase with Collectible Kitsch is acknowledging and agreeing to the following policies:

My antique, vintage, unique, or collectible items are “used” and sourced from  a variety of places such as estate sales, thrift stores, yard sales, flea markets, swap meets…you get the idea! That being said, “used” items show age, wear, use and sometimes abuse. I carefully check each item when listing and make every effort to describe it's shape, size, purpose and condition in the listing and demonstrate in the photos any chips, cracks, missing pieces or parts or other flaws or defects that might be present. Your best defense against receiving an item that you aren’t satisfied with is to carefully look at the photos, and if you have any questions about the condition of an item please ask. Due to the varied locations from which I source my items, I can neither confirm nor deny that they are from a smoke-free or pet-free home. I do make every effort to ensure that you get a clean (without compromising integrity), well-packed item that is as described and presented in the photos.

I love what I do and am continually learning about antiques, collectibles, and vintage items, meaning, I am not a professional dealer, collector or appraiser. I do my best to identify an item’s maker, origin, purpose, color, year of production etc., but it is your responsibility to evaluate the information I provide before you make a purchase. Best practice is to ask any questions you may have about an item prior to placing a bid, making an offer or making a purchase. I cannot accept a return based on mistaken identity.

I want nothing more than for you to receive your purchase in the same condition as it was when I packed it therefore, I take great care in packing, especially fragile items, to ensure that they are able to with stand their sometimes long and arduous journey. While I try to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible my primary goal is the safety of your new treasure.

If, in spite of my best efforts and for reasons beyond my control you receive an item which was damaged during shipment please follow this procedure. Please photograph the package exterior, the contents inside, the damaged item and the packing materials used. Take your time clear photos are crucial. Do not discard anything, it is critical evidence for an insurance claim. Contact me immediately so that we can proceed with a resolution. Photos and original package may be required before any reimbursement is issued.

My goal is to provide a smooth and seamless shopping experience which will result in you receiving something you will enjoy! If you have any questions or concerns about the item or the transaction, please first message me so that I have an opportunity to correct the issue to the best of my ability which I am more than willing to do.

Thank you for shopping with Collectible Kitsch, hope to see you again!
