We do ship International via USPO if size and weight allows. We use USPO for smaller items and International shipments but use Fedex for MOST larger size and heavy items (typically over 6 pounds) when shipped within Continental US (excluding Alaska) so will need a street address as Fedex does not ship to a PO Box. The quote includes free tracking. Please request more pictures if desired and ask questions if there is something you are not sure of.

Both cue pieces have a very slight curvature when rolled on a flat surface. They always settle at the same spot of rotation. First cue I have sold so unsure how to measure straightness.
