was one of a large group of Victory Ships named for American Cities. 

This ship was launched on March 3, 1945 by Beth-Fairfield Shipyard, Inc. in Baltimore, MD.

and named for the City of Kingston, NY. 

This ship transported vital supplies to US and Allied Forces during WW II.
