Unused, but does not have box and has a bit of wear. A couple spots near upper right corner, corners dinged. A few small scuffs on back.

I think this is from the late 1990s as it doesn't have the 19 for a year, just a total blank space. 

There are 8 self adhesive pages for photos, pages show foxing from aging at top of pages.  

Approx 10.5 inches across and about 12 inches high.
