• Deliveries between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Allow a 4-hour scheduling window.
• Lift gate truck delivery with item offloading by driver.
• Inspection and signing of Proof of Delivery receipt upon delivery.
• Note any damage on receipt or refuse delivery due to damage.
• Signature requirement for all deliveries; delivery completion depends on signed receipt.
  
  Delivery Constraints:
• Inaccessibility of delivery truck to certain roads or driveways causing damage prohibits completion of delivery.
• In rare circumstances, if the address is in a rural or remote area and the freight carrier is not able to reach their due to the size of their trucks, extra charges may apply. We will able to contact you regarding that and you will be able to cancel the order if you'd prefer.
• A working phone number and email must be provided to schedule the delivery.
• Any shipments returned due to a non-working phone number will be subject due to a 25% restocking fee.
