We sell surplus, “New” old-Stock, overstock, and Discontinued automation, electrical, safety and network components on behalf of our sister company. We are not an asset recovery seller that pieces out equipment in unknown condition, we are not a reseller of bulk auction-house purchases. We know the history of each item we sell and strive to earn and re-earn your business! Warranty & Returns As there are no implied manufacturer’s warranty, we at SWA provide a 60-DAY product Guarantee that begins the date of receipt (buyer pays return shipping). This means that the product arrived as described and in working condition. We don’t “gladly” accept returns like other stores claim because we work hard to put out an accurate description, detailed photos and our goal is to put out an exceptional product. That said, we do right by our customers – please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered. For Factory Sealed products, we reserve the right to refund 70% of the purchase price as that product will be deemed “used” once returned. Shipping & Handling Our customers never pay for shipping when purchasing from us. Period. We do not believe in profiting on shipping and handling – it keeps us agile to find the most competitive shipping arrangements since we foot the bill! We ship Priority 90% of the time or First Class if still guaranteed within 3 Days or UPS for weightier items. We pay for additional insurance on purchases over $200 and up to the purchase price. We can ship international but please reach out first and we can provide a quote and alter the listing to allow international purchases. We ship same-day M-F on orders received before 4PM CST. After 4pm and weekends we often still get out same day but items may not ship until the following or Monday in terms of purchases made on Sunday. Product Descriptions We are not an Authorized Distributor or in any way affiliated with Cisco, HP, Rockwell Automation, Cognex, Allen-Bradley, Siemens and any other listed manufacturers. As such, legally we can not say an item is NEW or NEW in Box but we can say “New” or “Unused in Original Packaging” or *New or “Unused, Un-opened”. Our Pre-owned items are all either internal re-stock, customer-demonstration models or an internal part-out from a complete system that included less-desirable components. The Not So Fine Print, but You get it SWA sells hardware products only and does not re-sell software licenses. Some hardware products may contain software and may not be legally operated without first purchasing a proper software license from the manufacturer of such products. SWA respects intellectual property of others, and we ask our customers to do the same. Customer acknowledges and agrees that SWA does not provide any operating system software or software right-to-use licenses with the products it sells. Customers understand and agree that proper software licensing, software maintenance and upgrades are subject to applicable manufacturer's Software Licensing Agreement. Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining proper software licenses for applicable products from the manufacturer. As SWA is not an Authorized Distributor of the products, manufacturer's warranties may not apply. Customers must check manufacturer's website for further information. All listed logos, trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners. |
