RETURN POLICY

* RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS. RETURNS REQUESTED DUE TO WRONG FITMENT, CHANGE OF MIND, FOUND A BETTER PRICE, OR JUST NOT WANTING THE ITEM, BUYER IS SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE AND MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING.

The nature of used car parts has a risk of simple failure to function properly and customer assumes said risk

Improper installation may cause damage to the item and voids the warranty 

Labor, programming and other associated costs are not covered .Items that are sold for core, for parts or as-is are not returnable under any circumstances, except of the damages caused by a carrier

If the item returned is physically damaged, missing components, has been taken apart, refurbished, alerted, remanufactured or otherwise been tampered with or modified, the warranty is voided

If an item is missing original components or components replaced with different / modified components, warranty is voided.

Buyer agrees that he or she been given full and fair opportunity to inspect each item prior to purchase

Warranty only covers the original cost of the item and under no circumstances Hybrid Only is responsible to recover any cost above the purchase price of the item.  

Refund is processed once the merchandise received back and inspected
