All slabs purchased will be shipped with great care.  Shipping is expensive and the materials also.  We feel that we have a great shipping strategy in place that takes into account protecting the investment/collectible as much as possible during shipping and keeping shipping cost down for the consumer.  We will take all precautions to make sure your item arrives safely.  After all, we offer free returns so it will not benefit anyone for an item to arrive damaged.

With CGC slabs, we acknowledge the demand for a perfect encapsulation.  Every slab is inspected prior to shipping to insure no cracks or other damage is present.  You made the purchase and you deserve nothing less.  However, please keep in mind some defects are out of our control.  At times it is not uncommon for there to be light scuffing on the case due to CGC shipping.  To combat this we have a process of removing these prior to shipping and so far it has been very successful.  As it pertains to newton rings, we are all at the mercy of CGC and their holders.  It does happen from time to time but it is out of our control.  If you have concerns please feel free to contact us.  We try to reply quickly and will make every effort to satisfy your questions or concerns.

FROM CGC:
Newton?s rings are the natural result of two pieces of plastic coming together. They may be more or less pronounced depending on the thickness of the collectible. The CGC holder is built with long-term preservation in mind, and its construction is necessary to ensure the protection of the encapsulated collectible. Newton?s rings are not an indicator of any deficiencies with the CGC holder and therefore do not qualify as a Mechanical Error.
