Andy Wood's signature 24 fret neck & modern T-classic look.

Andy Wood's signature series guitar, known as one of the most influential guitarists of this generation.

This model, which has received many requests until now but is currently not available for custom orders, will be released from the Signature Series.

The main feature is the roasted maple neck, which is finished with satin acrylic urethane for the smooth feel of natural wood and high moisture resistance. The body was given a unique texture by burning out some of the wood grain with a burner before finishing it in satin.

Neck

The Andy Wood Signature is equipped with a 24-fret Modern Elliptical neck. The rolled fingerboard edge and his 16-inch radius match his playing style.

Jumbo stainless steel frets provide smooth bending and long-term stable playability. All of his Suhr guitars have his PLEK finish, ensuring the best string action and intonation.

Unique contour, cutaway and heel allow easy access to high positions. For optimal tone and stability, the neck joint should not be too tight or too loose. Therefore, all neck pockets are hand-fitted by expert craftsmen for a precise neck fit.

It features Suhr LOCKING TUNERS, a staggered peg with an 18:1 gear ratio and improved tuning stability that eliminates the need for string retainers. All Andy Wood models include a laser engraved signature on the back of the headstock.

Body

Swamp Ash is a typical body wood from the 1950s, and has a very good sound with a slightly focused midrange sound.

By roasting the body before the satin finish is applied, some of the wood grain is burnt out, creating a unique texture that allows you to feel the wood grain in the satin finish.

HARDWARE & ELECTRONICS : HH Style

The HH Style features a 5-way switch, Woodbecker pickup, push/pull for bridge pickup coil tap, and 510 tremolo.

For increased sustain and tuning stability, the Gotoh 510 was chosen as it features two-point support studs and a steel block, providing functionality and long-term trouble-free performance.

The "Woodbucker" pickup uses a special coil winding and his Alnico II magnets to give Andy Wood the warmth and crispness he craves.

The push/pull tone knob switches the bridge humbucker from series to parallel, reducing output and brightening the tone.
