Tested, and the results are:

Plugged in and it operates as it should- the clock and second  hand swept as it should. Alarm was set and it activated the plug in the rear of the clock as it should. Now the bad- the cloth covered cord needs repaired or replaced. The time adjustment knob does not move the hands or adjusted the time.  The case, hands, motor, glass globe and alarm tabs are in VGC. Case is chip and crack free and has great burl type color and look.  Too nice to trash, and I'd rather put it on the hands of someone who can do something with it. Enjoy !!
