This is a good complete used authentic correct vintage civil war Springfield musket stock.  It is full length and has not been cut down.   If you look at the second to the last photo you can see where a small chip of the original stock became detached and has been replaced in its' original position.   No other repairs and no replaced wood anywhere.   These used to be common but now finding a good uncut full length original is really tough.   This is the common style of Springfield musket stock which has the barrel band retainer springs. I included a bunch of photo so you could see clearly this correct and authentic piece.   Because of the length shipping will be oversized.
