Bought these from the son of who bought them at the charity auction at hayes boxing club at acharity auction at Hayes Boxing Club, Middlesex in the late seventies. Two gloves, one signed by Muhammad Ali in July 1977 during his famous trip to the North East that year. The visit was arranged by Johnny Walker and Ali agreed to visit to help raise money for local boxing clubs. There's plenty on the internet including videos recording his trip.

The autographs were collected by Kevin Finnigan who was the former British and European middleweight champion. Kevin and his brother Chris were famous local boxers.

There are several autographs on the gloves including Kevin's (bit faded), Vic Andretti and Terry Downes and others.

Sent pictures and have been authenticated online and have a written latter explaining all the origins from the previous owner i.e son of the man who was an associate at the boxing club the gloves were signed for
