Dinky made these for three years or so in the late Thirties and then recommenced manufacture Post War until the early Fifties. By the time most of these were made it was a very antiquated design. The majority were the military version but there were also the civilian ones like this typically in blue or brown. It would have had a tinplate canopy. This is a Post War one. Moderate paint wear for age and type. New tyres . No hitch . These were vulnerable to chipping of the front mudguards, as is the case on one side here.
