The tail bag is in 'as new' condition having never been used. It still has its original sales tag attached.
It has been in storage since it was bought in the early 2000s.
The bag has a fitted velcro strap and built-in bungee-cords underneath, so that it can be secured it to the rear part of the seat or rack. It also has 'D' rings on the drop down flaps for the bungee-cord hooks to re-attach to, and give a tight fit.
The bag is expandable with various internal and external zipped pockets. It is roughly 25cm high x 30 cm long and 30 cm wide.
Check out the photo on the label to get a better idea of how it works. Also inside one of pockets there are shoulder straps to allow the bag to be carried as a rucksack when not in use on the bike.
