Description

Martin / D-45 Standard Series Natural ≪S/N:2651867≫

The D-45, the dream of acoustic players, is now in stock.

During the heyday of folk music, the D-45 became a coveted instrument as it was used by famous artists, and it makes me want to own one someday.
This guitar is packed with charm that can't be put into words.

The first thing that catches the eye is the avalon decorations scattered throughout, which has been established as a unique identity and is why the D-45 is so famous and coveted that it is known for its luxury.

This device was renewed in 2018 and features forward shift scalloped bracing, open type pegs, and aging toner paint. It approaches pre-war specifications, and the sound spread and brightness of the high range are now more prominent. This is a gem that brings you the joy of owning a D-45 with its unique ringing sound and the sound of a D-45 that you can understand just by playing a single chord.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to actually enjoy it with your own eyes and ears. Why don't you finally think seriously about what you longed for that day?

~History~
The first D-45 was built for Gene Autry on March 27, 1933.
It was also produced by Jack Moore on May 18, 1934.
After that, the 14-fret joint specification became mainstream, and by 1942, 91 pieces had been produced, and due to the influence of World War II, production was discontinued.
The long-awaited reprint was made in 1968. Since then, the specifications have changed and we are now where we are today.
