Shelley Foley Wileman Gilded Daisy Japan Blue & Red Cup & Saucer c.1890. Pattern Number 6075. Height of cup is c.5.5cm (c.2.25") and diameter of top c.8.5cm (c.3.5"). Diameter of saucer is c.14cm (c.5.5"). The saucer is in good condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing with just some wear to paintwork and gilding and the usual specks and minor imperfections dating from time of manufacture, which are common in pieces of this age. Apart from the usual specks and minor imperfections dating from time of manufacture, some wear to paintwork and gilding and some crazing there is barely noticeable, shortish line running from rim of cup, which may be firing crack.   Please have a look at supersized photos for better idea of condition.
