Gorgeous! The clock has not been tested but looks to be in good condition. About 4 1/2 inches tall when not including handle. The back is engraved American Quantum Cycles, INC The American Stock Exchange 9 September 1999 as well as NASDAQ AMEX. Several small marks here and there but overall good condition. Handle folds down.
