Visually graded record surface look close to Near-Mint.
Both labels are clean.
The B Side, UP TOWN, has the A side label on it.
This is a Mis-Print, but the B-side is the correct song - the pressing plant put the wrong label on Side B and put the same label on both sides by accident.
The etched matrix numbers are correct, the B-side is in fact Up Town.

Grading is conservative, using the traditional "Goldmine" grading standard, with a very bright light and checking from many angles.
