From a collector’s estate I have this Vintage Waltham Premier 18 J Men's Manual Wristwatch 870 10k GF Military Style. This watch is NOT running presently and is being sold AS IS for PARTS OR REPAIR. The dial has light spotting and staining with both the hour and minute hand intact. The crystal is decent but does have light scratches consistent with previous use.
