This is a vintage hand-made, theater-constructed Filipino Barong bolo knife that was brought back to the USA at the end of World War II when my friend's uncle was repatriated to the USA.
- Blade is steel and approximately 10.5" (~265 mm) long. No rust.
- Unique carvings include an Asian soldier with a star on his helmet on the knife hilt and a single-engined airplane on the scabbard/sheath.
- All original, including carrying thong/strap.
- Some damage to the end of the sheath, as shown.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping/insurance charges.
