1. Secure the coffee bean hopper locked before you start to use.
2. It is suggested to clean the coffee grinder body and grinding wheel with a soft,wet cloth and dry the thoroughly every month.
3. Turn the Grinding Wheel counterclockwise to lock it into position until you hear the "click"!
NOTE: To prevent overheating, do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Leave to cool for 3 minutes after every batch of operation
4. If the beans get stuck, it is recommended to try shaking the grinder, or get the beans out, then wait for a while and start again.
5. Only can be used under USA voltage standard 110V-120V, a voltage converter is needed if used in other countries.

2. The grinding wheel was not locked into position.
Please turn the Grinding Wheel counterclockwise to lock it into position. When the grinding wheel is locking there will be a “ticking” sound.
3. The micro switch of the bean hopper and the coffee powder container might be in poor contact.
