Here's a vintage 14K solid yellow gold case men's Mathey Tissot wristwatch with leather band in original Mathey Tissot box.  Design of the face resembles a USA $20 gold liberty coin.  Diamonds around the perimeter of the face.  Face measures about 31mm diameter.  17J #608 unadjusted movement.  Total weight of the watch is about 30 grams.  Winds, runs, and keeps time.  Comes as shown in the picture.
