Upright standing piece with original caster wheels on bottom. Real wood frame and tray. Brass plated accents on bottom frame has light tarnish. Nice tie / belt rack and cufflink tray on top. The ball end rods are able to be pulled out and tucked away. Has original hallmark on top crossbar that appears to be a F-R and reads "Internal Patent - Made in Italy". Measures approx 41 1/2" tall x 12 3/4" wide x 12 3/4" deep.
