Thomas & Friends Rocky The Crane & his platform is a licensed reproduction action figure made of plastic. It features the character Rocky from the TV show and movie franchise Thomas & Friends. The toy was manufactured in 2006 and the battery powered engine is non-working. Due to the arthritis in my hands, I haven’t removed the batteries, that could be the problem…I just don’t know.
