  Return & Refund:

Items should be returned in new, unused condition, and in their original product packaging. Be sure to include all accessories, instruction manuals, cards, etc. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.

Defective Product: If you receive your item with a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will replace the item for free.

Damages: Although shipping damage rarely occurs, if you do observe it, report it immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your item.
