We have a pair of Men’s Nike Golf Pants size 40x30 in light Gray Plaid Trouser style Mid-Rise Straight Plaid Flat Front Active. They are in very good condition with a couple little dark spots around the button that may come out in the wash and very light wear from a a belt around waist. Other than that, they are in great shape. When I measure with the Seemstress tape measure at the waist I get 21 inches from side to side and the inseam is 30. The cuffs are split for activewear as you can see in the photos
