This is missing the rotating arm with the tassels that create the flickering motion. The motor works well and does rotate. The light also works well. The plastic is dusty and needs a good cleaning. The light bulb will ship with the into but we can’t guarantee the life of the light bulb as it is already used. Works well without motion if that is what you are looking for or can fix and add an arm to the rotating motor. Please see attached pictures for overall condition and measurements
