Since this was printed in the US, I'm guessing it was during WW1, so between 1914-1917. Great view of people enjoying the weather in a variety of boats in San Diego Bay California. "Yachting on San Diego Bay" This card is numbered 1174 but no publisher is mentioned. Enjoy!
