I wish I could pinpoint this town! They are having some type of Anniversary Parade because one sign says E.C. 1844-1914, so that's 70 years. But what or where is E.C.? I believe this is in the US because there is a flag in the background. Some of the parade marchers are wearing costumes - maybe you will recognize what this celebration is for? Priced to reflect unknown location - enjoy!
