Lovely Antique Chinese Canton Export porcelain Famille Rose Mandarin plate. Decorated with popular Famille Rose mandarin pattern featuring palace scene in the middle and birds, insects, fruits and flowers on the rims.

The plate is unmarked. To the best of my knowledge and based on the types of decoration and shape of the foot, the plate was probably made sometime during Daoguang - era 1820-1850s

Condition: sold As Is due to chips - one large chip, one medium, notable chip and one small chip; some typical condition imperfections such as production related flaws, imperfections on the foot, minor small scabs on the rims. No cracks noted. Some use marks and wear to gilt/enamels but overall very good enamel condition for the age. Use related marks corresponding with age. Measures about 8.5” wide.
