The POWERGEMS Dimmable Electronic Ballast EB20DC 200watt is an electronic unit powered by batteries with a voltage range of 24-32v. It is a dimmable unit with a model number of EB20DC. This product is suitable for use in cameras and photo shoots as well as lighting and studio setups.

Unit is tested and working. Has a scratch on the top of the case (please see pic) which does not affect usage.
