It is called take time to dream. The box shows a picture that looks like it is a birthday celebration, but this fig figurine is clearly celebrating. Happy new year. It has no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind. It does come with the original box. The box itself does have some staining and a bit of damage to the outside from being stored.
