The loco and tender come in very good condition , tested on a rolling road prior to listing and ran well in both directions. It comes with instructions. The box displays light signs of age / storage. Comes complete with certificate as shown. 

Makers stamp to the underside. Couplings and buffer all intact.

It would make a great addition to any collection / layout.
