"A Presley Speaks," a 1978 book by Vester Presley, as told to Deda Bonura.
Vester Presley (1914-1997) was the uncle of Elvis Presley and the brother of Elvis' father, Vernon Presley. He served as the longtime guard at the gates of Graceland and so often was the point of contact between Elvis and his fans who came to the property. He often signed copies of his book at the Graceland gift shop after the home was turned into a tourist attraction.
Book is signed "Best wishes Vester Presley 12 18_1980" on the title page and is inscribed "To Mai" in what appears to be someone else's writing. It is signed a second time on page 150, which also notes "This is copy 18480 of an edition of 20,000 copies published in June, 1978."
