  I always lovingly pack all my items with care in suitable packing materials and padded envelopes to avoid any damages.

                       I will always try to post your winnings within 24 hours of payment!

Post and Packing costs include:  padded envelopes, wrapping materials, sealed bags for beads and jewellery, my packaging and time, including immediate transport to the Post Office. All my items are usually posted using Royal Mail delivery (normally delivered during 2 days, some even NEXT DAY, as many of my customers will confirm, check my feedback please).  If items are purchased and paid for before the end of the working day, I will always do my best to post them immediately to ensure the earliest delivery.

              P&P charges for multiple items: the highest P&P will be charged in full and each additional item - £0.50 for wholesale items, gemstone strands, bracelets, necklaces, bottles, shoes, jumpers, coats (costs can be variable depending on size and weight), etc... (bulkier items) and £0.20 for any additional earrings or beads. Please note, that combined postage is eligible only on one transaction for all your winnings, purchased within a continuous 5 day period (for example, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday).
