This is a nice Canal Zone 68, the 1c Seal of Panama overprint issue of 1921, FVF and with several light waxy gum areas. Small variety of a dropped E in ZONE, not rare but uncommon. Great centering for the issue. Scott $10, a good addition for a Canal Zone collection.
