Here is a vintage tin fish friction toy by MAR Line Toys, Japan.  It measures abut 3 1/2 inches long.  There is some wear and a spot of corrosion.  The friction mechanism does not work properly, but the toy still displays well.   Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
