This is a great Canal Zone J4, the 1c Panama "blue ink" overprint issue of 1915, centered almost F/VF and NH with fresh gum. Only 50,000 issued and of course most were used, rarely seen NH. Scott catalog $11 as hinged, which this is not. A great addition to a Canal Zone collection.
