Vintage 1958-1959 Fender Duo-Sonic/Musicmaster Guitar Body. The body has been stripped of its original finish, and has a nonprofessional older re-finished in a red/orange coat, with some nicks, scratches, and play wear. The original Fender Alder wood body, neck pocket, and original body routes are in very good condition with no changes in the contours, and with no extra routes or screw holes added to the body. This is an early style "8 Hole" Fender Duo-Sonic/Musicmaster Guitar Body, that uses the anodized eight hole Pickguard, and has the beveled wall/widened control pocket. The body weighs 4 lbs. A great body piece for a refinish project.
