Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance (if requested), unless noted as free.  S/H/I cost to be quoted based on the buyer's geographical location, if other than the United States (Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico has additional costs - do not purchase until you ask for shipping cost to these places).  I ship via United States Post Office, Fed Ex, or UPS, depending on cost. Tracking included.

Any out of country (U.S) purchases, please ask for shipping costs prior to purchase and must submit payment in U.S. dollars. No exceptions.
