Volvo’s SPA Platform Cars: Addressing the Sunroof Seal Issue

Volvo’s SPA platform cars are known for their exceptional performance and cutting-edge features. However, like any other vehicle, they may encounter certain issues over time. One such concern that has been identified is related to the sunroof seal.

It has come to our attention that the sunroof seal in Volvo’s SPA platform cars may shrink over time, leading to a potential gap. This gap can allow water and debris to enter the drain channels, subsequently causing the drain tubes to clog. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure our customers that we are actively addressing this issue.

About Product:

This seal filers kit comes as pack with the following sizes: 

• Left and Right 10mm fillers, 
• Left and Right 15mm fillers, 
• Left and Right 20mm fillers,
  
  Note: we observed that one side of the seal can shrink more than the other side.

This product helps with solve the following issues:

Installing Tip:

1.  Clean the area and select slightly bigger size filler. 
2.  Apply wd-40 across the edges of the seal as show within the image to help with the movement.
3.  Move seal to make space for your filler. 
4. Fit the filler seal. and make sure in clips in.

6. Push the seal back to close the gap as show in the image.
