1. All foil balloons are suitable for Helium or blow with normal air.
Helium- If you like the balloons to float in the air - can be filled in local store or using helium cylinder.
Air - If you like the balloons to sit with presents or to be played by children. You just need a straw to blow the balloons (Straw may not be included with the balloons as we are working with our suppliers to reduce use of single use plastic) Any alternative straws can be used.
