This listing is for an adorable planter by UCTCI of Japan. It has two little children riding on a steamboat/riverboat. I would guess the piece is from the late 60s or early 70s.

Item measures 5" x 4" x 3 1/2". Piece is in good condition, with a little bit of surface dirt due to age. The planter itself appears to be unused.
