This is a factory second product which means it didn't pass our Quality Control test. It could be due to minor scratches, small marks, a slight discolouration of the wood, the paint could be a different colour or some other minor cosmetic issues. Each guitar will usually only have one of these issues. They play and function perfectly and sound the same as the guitars that passed quality control. Unfortunately, we can't show pictures of individual guitars.

We have a very strict Quality Control and if the guitars were damaged significantly or the sound of the guitar was changed they would not have become a factory second (we have 3 different grades for damaged products depending on how damaged an item is). This is a great buy and just like all of our products it also comes with 100-days free returns and a full 3-year warranty.

Get behind the invention of a famous guitar and build your very OWN version with this ready-to-go kit. The bodies and necks are unfinished and don't have any basecoat which allows you to spray the body whatever paint type and colour you choose. You might also like to reshape the headstock but always remember that reshaping requires effort time and consideration.

The kit includes a ready-to-spray unbound bolt-on-neck, an unfinished body, 2 pickups loaded on to a black scratchplate, two pots, chrome coloured knobs, chrome-plated bridge, strings.

Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault (a picture or short video can also help).

Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part. If so we will send the part for free to you. If more extensive work is required we will get the unit back to us (or in some cases we will just send you out a replacement).
